Ordering & Artwork

Get a more useful quote by sharing the details that shape your project.

Your quote checklist

  • The idea: product name, item number or link—or your audience and occasion.
  • The count: total pieces, any quantity alternatives, and apparel sizes and colors.
  • The artwork: what files you have, preferred placement and any help needed.
  • The date: required in-hands date, plus the event date if different.
  • The destination: delivery ZIP and any special delivery requirements.
  • The priorities: target budget if known, must-have features and flexible choices.

Use the form’s separate product, quantity, date, ZIP and artwork fields. Put size breakdowns, alternative quantities and other instructions in Additional details.

Practical questions before you request a quote

I have an event, but no product picked out. Where do I start?

Start with the audience and purpose: who will receive the item, where they will use it and what you want it to do for your brand. Note the approximate number of recipients, any preferred product categories and a target budget if you have one. Share links or photos of ideas you like and identify the features that matter most.

What quantity should I request?

Enter the number of pieces you are considering. If you are deciding between quantities, put one in the Quantity field and list the alternatives in Additional details. Product and decoration requirements can differ, so ask for the relevant quantity options for the item rather than assuming a universal minimum. For a set or kit, say whether your number refers to complete sets or individual pieces.

What do you need for apparel or hats?

Include the product or style reference, garment color and intended decoration location. For apparel, list each size with its quantity and check that the total matches your requested quantity. Separate adult and youth styles, different fits and different colors. If the size breakdown is still being collected, say it is provisional. For hats, mention the style and fit you have in mind and use the Hat Studio for ideas.

I have artwork ready. What should I send?

Attach your existing artwork using the optional Artwork file field in the quote form. If available, send the original design file or a vector version rather than only a screenshot. Include the intended logo or design version, preferred colors and placement. Mention any brand guidelines or special instructions in Additional details. The right file and decoration requirements depend on the item; ask us to confirm what is needed for the product you choose.

What if I only have an idea or need artwork help?

Use Artwork availability to explain what you have: a finished logo, an image to reference, text only or an idea that still needs work. Describe the help you need and any existing brand colors or wording. If you have a reference image, explain what you want to use from it. Ask us to confirm the scope and any artwork requirements or costs with your quote.

Should I enter the event date or the date I need the items?

Enter the date the items need to be in your hands in Needed-by Date. If your event is later, put both dates in Additional details, allowing for your own setup, distribution or packing. Say whether the in-hands date is fixed or flexible. A requested date provides a planning requirement; confirm the schedule for the specific project before ordering.

Why do you need a delivery ZIP code?

The delivery location is part of planning the project and its quote. Enter the ZIP for the intended destination. Mention multiple destinations, a venue delivery or other delivery instructions in Additional details, and ask which information is needed to confirm the shipping arrangements.

What affects the quote and project schedule?

The product, quantity, decoration method, number of colors or locations, artwork needs, packaging and delivery requirements can affect a project’s details. Share what you know and identify the points still undecided. When comparing quotes, check that they describe the same product, quantities, decoration and delivery requirements. Confirm the final details with PPP before placing your order.

Try a logo preview while you browse

On product pages that offer View with Logo, open that link to launch the native design preview. Use its logo, text and shape tools to explore a concept on the pictured product. Not every item has the same preview options.

Treat a virtual sample as a starting idea, not a production proof. Confirm the actual decoration method, imprint area, colors, placement and artwork requirements with PPP before approving your order. Include the product name or item number in your request so the preview can be discussed in context.

You can also use the product page’s Print option to keep the item details handy while comparing choices. Catalog details and a preview do not replace a confirmed quote.

An easy way to organize your notes

For example, separate your request into: Product / quantity / sizes and colors / artwork / in-hands date / event date / delivery ZIP / other requirements. Label anything that is still undecided so it can be part of the discussion.
