A group apparel request is easier to review when every style, color and size is accounted for. Gather one organized list before requesting a quote.
Build your request in six parts
- Style: include the item number or product link. Keep different garment styles on separate lines.
- Color: identify each garment color and its quantity.
- Size breakdown: list the count for each size. Separate adult and youth styles, different fits and any other distinct variants.
- Decoration: describe the design, preferred placement and whether more than one location is needed. Include names or individual variations if relevant.
- Artwork: attach what you have and explain any help needed. Keep the logo version and wording consistent across your notes.
- Delivery: include the delivery ZIP and required in-hands date. Add the event date separately if different.
Check the totals
Add the size quantities and confirm they match the total pieces requested. If you are still gathering sizes, label the breakdown provisional. Note any quantities you want compared as alternatives.
Keep decisions together
Put the breakdown and special instructions in Additional details on the quote form. Review the chosen product, size totals, decoration and delivery requirements with PPP before ordering.
